What is this?

Pedigree has added a section of its website that guides the users to the breed that is perfectly matching their needs. This is done through a conversational search that investigates different aspects of the users’ everyday routine. Eventually, together with the matching breed, users are also advised on the Pedigree product with the most relevant nutritional facts.

Why is it interesting?

Considering the industry of of Pedigree, the section represents an innovative tool to engage more with the users and become relevant for them even before a dog enters in their houses.
