What is this?
Together with Visa, and the Bank of Scotalnd, National Trust for Scotland has installed contactless technology into replicas of some of Scotland’s’ most famous artefacts, allowing National Trust for Scotland visitors to make contactless donations for the first time by tapping their credit cards on the artworks.
Why is it interesting?
Customers are offered the possibility of engaging with the artworks in front of them in an innovative way, rendering donations more likely to be given.
