IsBank, Turkey’s largest private bank, launched Maxi, its own AI-based app assistant.
Customers can interact with Maxi both via text or via vocal commands, accessing a wide plethora of possibilities. In a few words, Maxi can:
– show you your category-based spending history, such as, how much was spent at a certain place, the highest purchase in a certain category, and transactions above a certain amount of money.
– forecast your future spending habits and recommend a monthly budget according to past purchases. This provides customers with foresight on future activities such as holidays and travel.
– facilitate fast and easy money transfers. All you need to say is: “Send money to mum”.
– display an overview of account balances and credit card spend.
With the too, IsBank aims to set a new standards i nthe eBanking industry. Maxi allows customers to pass through complex tasks with the minimum effort and without needing any direct contact with the personnel of the bank.
During the Covid19 crisis, despite the 70% increase of inquiries together with the impossibility of meeting customers on person, Isbank and Maxi managed to keep their success rates.
